Job Description: A highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 5 years of experience in managing project timelines, resources, and communication across teams

Skilled in tracking project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and maintaining clear documentation Proficient in project management tools, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Dedicated to supporting the smooth execution of projects while fostering collaboration and ensuring client satisfaction

Key

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks and timelines
Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders
Communicate with team members and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Organize and facilitate meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with project management tools (eg, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
