Job Description
- *Opening For Private Equity*
- *Location* : Hyderabad
- *Timings* : Us shift, Night shift, WFO
- *Qualification* : Graduate
- *Notice Period* : Immediate joiner to 1Month
- *Exp* : 5+yrs to 10yrs
- *Position:*
- TL on Paper.: Up to 15lpa , Exp: 7+yrs
- *Skills:*
- 1. Minimum 4+yrs of experience in Real Estate Private Equity / Core Private equity, Waterfall Calculation, Fund accounting, Nav Calculation, Capital Markets , Financial Accounting & capital market products .
- 2. Capital Calls, Capital Distribution, Financial Statements etc
- *Operational Responsibilities:*
- Accounting daily Journal entries for cash/bank transactions in accordance with the relevant supporting docs as per agreed quality and turnaround time (TAT) with clients Preparing/accounting for adhoc Fund accounting deliverables like Capital Call, Distributions with accuracy
- Perform cash/bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare financial statements, schedule of investments and portfolio valuations on a quarterly basis
- Monitor the cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions on a regular basis
- Perform bank accounting reconciliations on a regular basis
- Hands on experience in preparing and review of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual Financial Statements with supporting documentation.
- Preparation and review of partner capital statements and waterfall schedules
- Prepare and review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses etc.
- Prepare and review partner capital activity- capital calls, distributions.
- Prepare and review various fee calculations eg. Management fee calculations, carried interest allocations in accordance with the Fund documentation.
