job description
we are hiring experienced customer support executives for an international voice process catering to us customers. this is a voice-based bpo role involving both inbound and outbound calling.
key responsibilities
handle customer queries through international voice calls (us process)
resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
document customer interactions and update internal systems
meet performance targets including aht, call quality, and resolution
communicate fluently in english with accuracy and professionalism
required skills
fresher can apply also
1 year of international voice process experience (bpo only)
excellent verbal communication in english
ability to work night shifts (us timezone)
basic computer knowledge and familiarity with crm tools
salary details
006 months of international voice experience:
up to 3.5 lpa ctc (approx. 26,650/month) + incentives
1218 months of international voice experience:
up to 5 lpa ctc (approx. 33,650/month) + incentives
above 18 months of international voice experience:
up to 5.5 lpa ctc (approx. 37,400/month) + incentives
