Location: Noida or Remote

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Paytm Money, you will play a crucial role in helping us build a talented team that drives innovation in the fintech industry.
Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within Paytm Money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (if applicable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition processes.
