Job Description
- Job Description: Design, implement, and support complex network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.). Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner, including performance optimization and connectivity issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with business systems. Perform network security management including firewall configuration, access control, and intrusion prevention. Conduct regular network performance assessments and implement necessary improvements. Manage network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and change logs. Provide network support to users and resolve network-related queries. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for network management. Ensure compliance with relevant network security and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2-5 years of experience in network engineering, with hands-on experience in network design and troubleshooting. Strong expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). In-depth knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network hardware. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark). Proficiency in network security technologies (firewall configurations, VPNs, intrusion detection systems). Hands-on experience with cloud networking and SD-WAN is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
