Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and resources.
- Prepare and manage budgets, project plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project meetings and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Closeout project documentation and post-construction review.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) managing mid to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work under pressure.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- LEED Certification (if sustainable construction is relevant)
- OSHA Safety Certification
