Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and committed Plant Manager to take full responsibility for factory operations. The Plant Manager will lead cross-functional teams and ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently, and profitablywhile upholding high standards of quality, productivity, maintenance, and workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Plant Profitability by driving efficient operations and resource utilization

Lead Production Operations to achieve productivity and delivery targets

Oversee and improve Product Quality, working closely with the QA/QC team

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across production, process, and people

Ensure effective Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance through close coordination with the engineering team

Foster strong Human Relations on the shop floor; lead by example and resolve personnel issues proactively

Maintain Cleanliness and Housekeeping standards for a safe and organized workplace

Coordinate across departments to align production with sales and inventory goals

Monitor key performance indicators and report regularly to senior management

 

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment

Hands-on familiarity with operation and maintenance of industrial machinery

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team management skills

Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
