Job Description

Job role-Trainee Medical coder

Key Responsibilities:

Code Assignment:Applying appropriate codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services documented in medical records.
Documentation Review:Analyzing patient records for completeness and accuracy, and identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
Compliance:Ensuring all coding practices adhere to government regulations and insurance guidelines.
Data Analysis:Researching data needs for reimbursement and identifying potential coding errors or issues.
Collaboration:Communicating with physicians, other healthcare staff, and insurance companies to resolve coding-related issues.
Training and Support:Providing guidance and training to other coders or healthcare staff on coding procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Life Science Graduates and Paramedical students

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month (based on experience & certification).
Performance-based incentives & career growth.
Medical benefits (if applicable).
