Job Description
- Scope of work:
Position: Legal Associate , (having office at Navi Mumbai , & CST (FORT) Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Area of Practice: Primarily into recovery of bad loans for Banks, lenders, financial institution, through DRT, NCLT, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and additionally into SARFAESI Act, 2002, Company Law, Corporate Restructuring
Education Qualification: Lawyers
Experience:
1 -2 or more years Experience under DRT, NCLT , IBC/Restructuring
Desired Candidate:
Subject Knowledge of IBC, 2016 and Company Law, SARFAESI and other laws
Should have experience in DRT, CMM, DM courts for recovery of debts
Or
Should have Procedural Knowledge of the CIRP and the Liquidation Process as envisaged under the IBC.

Should have team spirit, learning ability, and problem-solving skills
Should be responsible and able to work with limited supervision
Should have decent skills in Drafting of notices, minutes, Appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, filed before the Honble NCLT/NCLAT.
Confidence to appear before the NCLT/NCLAT and District Courts.
Drafting DRT, CMM, DM application and NCLT .
Appearing in DRT, CMM, DM court and NCLT,
Or
Assistance in Handling the CIRP Process/ Liquidation Process
Conduct COC/SCC Meetings including preparation of notice, presentation, drafting minutes post completion.
Co-ordination in operation of the company under CIRP/PPRIP/Liquidation
Drafting of letters to various authorities, debtors of the Corporate Debtor
Assistance in Drafting of appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC, SARFAESI filed before the Honble NCLT/NCLAT/ DRT.
Other compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation process
Assisting in Drafting of other petitions, Applications, Appeals, Reports and also appearances before the Honble NCLT.
Research for cases, Reading Judgements, amendments and circular on daily basis.
and other work of the case for relevant Job profile.
