Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Track sales and business development performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company services/products.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of market research and industry trends.
