What does a successful Business Sales Manager do at FISERV?
Establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value.
Regularly track and report performance of the team in terms of targeted sales and business volume.
Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue.
Maintain strong relationships with the customers.
Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention.
What will you do:
Achieve Sales target & Maximize revenue per customer.
Manage team of Business Counsellors.
She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions.
To liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses.
Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.
What will you need to know:
MBA
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. What would be great to have:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
