Senior Associate - Commercial Due Diligence @ Cubic Transportation

Job Description

Our client is a marquee, multi national advisory firm. In India, their platform delivers performance improvement, turnaround and restructuring, and transaction advisory services.
The firm provides integrated due diligence services to clients, encompassing commercial, operational, financial and tax due diligence.
Commercial Due Diligence offerings :
1. Industry Analysis - Size, growth, trends, projections, benchmarking, value chain analysis
2. Competitive Positioning - Benchmarking operating and financial metrics for peers in an industry
3. Business Plan Validation - Revenues, costs, capital expenditure, working capital
4. Financial Modelling - Advanced models, scenario analysis
5. Market Entry Planning - Formulating entry plan for corporate clients for a new market / geography
Key functions :
1. Anchor engagement work streams independently
2. Guide and develop junior team members in preparing analysis plans (for example, hypothesis / issue trees), conducting research and preparing findings
3. Take ownership of key strategic and financial analyses such as market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business plan testing, financial modelling, deal risk / upside analysis, strategy development
4. Lead client discussions in association with other engagement team members
5. Lead proposal creation efforts
Desired Experience :
1. Management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm
2. Specific consulting / industry experience
3. Experience in Deals will be a definite advantage
4. Desired Educational Background - MBA from a Tier 1 institute
