About Job: We are seeking a Zoho/Odoo Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions using Zoho and Odoo products and services to address the business needs and challenges of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure that the solutions we provide are not only feasible and of the highest quality but also drive profitability. Additionally, you will serve as a key resource for technical guidance and expertise related to Zoho and Odoo products and services. As a Zoho/Odoo Pre-Sales Consultant, you must have extensive knowledge of Zoho and Odoos suite of products, including Zoho CRM, Odoo ERP, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, and others. Your role will involve hands-on design and implementation of solutions, technical consulting, and client interaction to deliver optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions using Zoho and Odoo products to address client business needs and challenges. Analyze customer requirements and propose effective Zoho/Odoo-based solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on Zoho and Odoo products and services. Work collaboratively with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility, quality, and profitability of proposed solutions. Create and deliver proposals, quotes, contracts, and invoices. Prepare and conduct demos, presentations, workshops, and webinars to showcase Zoho and Odoo solutions to clients. Manage customer change requests and enhancements throughout the solution lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of implemented solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho/Odoo product developments, trends, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution delivery processes. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Zoho/Odoo presales, business analysis, or solution design. Deep understanding of Zoho and Odoo products, including Zoho CRM, Odoo ERP, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, and others. Proven experience in creating and delivering proposals, demos, presentations, workshops, and webinars using tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.). Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and translate them into actionable Zoho/Odoo-based solutions. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
