Job Details are as follows:-
Designation: Head Chef
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 5 to 7. years
Salary Range: Discussion for Interview time + Accommodation free + Food Free + Transport Free
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 to 7 years in the same position emphasis on Indian cooking in a 4/5 star hotel
Good command of the English Language.
A culinary diploma or formal culinary training with a specialization in Indian cuisine is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, regional cuisines and traditional recipes.
Proficiency in using Indian spices and herbs and creating authentic Indian flavors.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Proficiency with Indian kitchen equipment, such as tandoors, grills, and tawas.
