Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Quality Analyst/Business Analyst Work closely with Business stakeholders and Technology teams to understand the core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions. Responsibilities Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product and promote efficient QA Tools and Technique. Should involve in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design and Validation. Partner with Technology Leads to effectively deliver on business requirements. Make sure that all new solutions are scalable and yield to high architectural standards. Work with larger team towards successful resolution of Implementation issues and their validation Be the Quality analyst for large Platform migration program, Analyzing BRD/Requirements and extract Testing requirements from same. Work towards creation of Test Strategy and Test scenario development. Explore Automation opportunities and Execute Test scenarios for certification Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent Strong product functionality knowledge Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience of working on Lending domain in General Strong Business/Quality Analysis and Validation experience. Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions.
