Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Agile Business Analyst/ Project Management In this role, you will manage and analyze business requirements for various projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective collaboration with stakeholders. You will lead the planning and execution of projects, leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure that project goals are met within defined timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will utilize your basic SQL knowledge to support data analysis and decision-making processes. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead and manage Agile project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables Perform business analysis and document functional requirements, user stories, and use cases Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders Mentor and support junior team members in Agile methodologies and project management best practices Ensure the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget while adhering to quality standards Work with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible Drive continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data to support project decisions and reporting needs Assist in developing SQL queries to retrieve business intelligence data from various databases Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in Agile project management and business analysis Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to strict timelines Proficient in BPMN, MS Excel, MS Word, and project management tools like JIRA & Rally Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello Experience in managing cross-functional teams in an IT or software development environment Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS suite of products, including PowerPoint and SharePoint Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting JobManager Primary LocationIndia-Mumbai Education LevelBachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job PostingFeb 27, 2025, 3:28:22 AM Unposting DateApr 28, 2025, 1:29:00 PM Master Skills ListOperations Job CategoryFull Time,
