Salesforce Testing

6 Months Contract to Hire 

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Work from Office

 

• Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, configuration, and administration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring QA teams in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with business users, Product Owners, and leadership to align technical deliverables with business objectives. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and plan stories with the Product Owner (PO).
• Data Quality, Migration, and Integration: Strong knowledge and practical experience in data quality, data migration, and integrations. Expertise in API, data quality, and migration processes, ensuring seamless system integrations.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Insurance Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain, particularly Core Broking and P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, understanding its impact on QA and product development.

 

Note:

Candidate should have strong experience in Data migration and data Integration testing.

We want somebody who is confident and leads the team.
