Job Summary:
The Business Development Regional Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets across various regions. This position requires a proactive individual with experience in government and public sector interactions, particularly with nodal agencies and PSUs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Experience with Government Entities: Minimum of 3-7 years working with nodal agencies, PSUs, and government organizations.
2. Tendering Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the government tendering process is essential.
3. High-Level Interactions: Experience engaging with secretaries, principal secretaries, and directors within government organizations.
4. Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in native languages as well as English to facilitate communication.
5. Willingness to Travel: The role requires extensive travel across assigned regions.
6. Self-Starter Attitude: The candidate should be a self-starter with strong business acumen.
7. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of GIS Survey, GIS-based application development, and IT/ITES system integration is required.
8. Project Management Experience: Proven experience dealing with large ticket size projects in previous roles.
Competence
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Well-developed coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and GFR (General Financial Rules) policies.
Education
• A Post Graduate degree in Business Management from a reputed institute is required; preference will be given to Engineering Graduates.
Work Experience
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in business development or sales roles.
