Job Description

• Lead design across key product initiativesfrom concept to final implementation
• Translate user insights, business needs, and brand direction into exceptional product experiences
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that drive clarity and delight
• Define and evolve Shaadi.coms design system and digital brand expression
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and fellow Designers
• Conduct and support usability testing and iterative design improvements post-launch
• Contribute to building a strong design culture through feedback, mentorship, and shared learningRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital products (web & mobile)
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, visual design finesse, and shipped product features
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch), Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects; familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skillsable to articulate design decisions and advocate for users
• Comfort with motion design, micro-interactions, or illustrative storytelling is a big advantage
• A mindset of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement
