Job Description

Role Overview:

Were looking for someone with a solid understanding of investment products like mutual funds, insurance, and NPS.

Your role will include:

• Identifying and reaching out to new prospects
  
• Guiding users on how to invest in mutual funds, life and health insurance, NPS, and gold
  
• Helping users with financial planning and explaining how to use the Floatr app effectively
  

You should have the ability to clearly communicate the benefits of each financial product and assist users in taking action through the app.

Compensation Structure:

• 40% Fixed Pay
  
• 60% Variable Pay based on your performance in acquiring transacting customers for our financial products
