Job Description

• Processing of Employees domiciliary claims & reimbursements  
• Processing of Retired employees medical claims & reimbursements
• Processing of Overseas Medical Claims
• Co-ordination with Corporate Insurance Dept for various Medical/Mediclaim policies
• Co-ordination with TPA/Insurance Company
• Working of monthly additions/deletions, Insurance premium workings, Insurance premium payments
• Lodgement of domiciliary insurance claims of existing & retired employees 
• Handling & controlling processing team 
• Monitoring Team productivity / SLA. 
• Resolving employee queries 
• Coordination with HR & FA 
• Support Helpdesk for critical queries 
• Suggest process improvements 
• System monitoring & periodic system improvements. 
• Training to team members 
• Monthly MIS preparations
