Identifies WaveLight(r) sales & EFA opportunities within assigned areas by follow-up on leads and successfully winning the deals
Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times
Provides prompt customer service to all accounts & builds relationships with accounts to achieve the assigned sales goals
Achieves the annual WaveLight(r) portfolio sales plan & market share objectives of the assigned areas
Reviews the system & processes, analyzes the data and performs comprehensive territory management
Works in coordination with the surgical team & channel partner MHS to accelerate the sales process; also converts the competitive refractive centers to Company laser refractive systems
Reports to Head - Strategic Accounts, performs intra-divisional teamwork with routine communication in coordination with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers of the Surgical team in the assigned areas
Follows-up on the compliance and execution of EFA contracts in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake, and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative
Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self
Skills Required:
Strong experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Strategic thinking and territory management abilities
Experience in handling contracts, compliance, and reporting
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external partners
Knowledge of refractive laser systems and surgical equipment preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
