Job Description

Location IT Infrastructure coordinator

1. SPOC on all IT- Infra related matters for the assigned Location.

2. Helpdesk-Management, Network Management, Server Management, Asset Management , IT Operations , IT Security Operations , IT Team management

3. Ability to manage & maintain large user base IT Infra

4. Oversees the administration, Management and maintenance of the Location IT infrastructure

5. Evaluate Design Deploy & Manage IT infra requirements in line with the business need

6. Responds to escalated help desk issues
Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

7. Interact with external clients for infrastructure / ODC Setup.

8. Manage the ODC Infrastructure as per client requirement /guidelines.

9. Monitor License utilization for Software / Applications deployed.

10. Manage the IT Infrastructure as per the Organization Security guidelines /ISO 270001 Standard, actively participate in Corporate and customer information security audits.
