Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through voice(inbound calls).
- Handling international customer inquiries
- Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.]
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 6 months-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Any graduates/post-graduates or pursuing are eligible (but should be available for 3 months after selection without any leaves)
Job Details:
- Work from office
- Any 5 days of working
- Any 2 days of Week off
- Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
- Rotational Shifts/ Week-off
- Salary upto 35.5k
- Location- Gurgaon
