Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR / ER Executive to support our growing US staffing operations. This role will be pivotal in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement across our India-based team working in US shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with Indian compliance standards.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift adherence for night shift employees.
- Assist in performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 years of HR/ER experience, preferably in a US Staffing or BPO/KPO environment.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and US work culture.
- Willingness to work in EST night shifts.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing night-shift employees.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and platforms.
