Below is the job description:

What does a successful Java Developer do at Fiserv ?

• As Software Development Engineer your focus will be on applying the principles of engineering to software development.
• The role focuses on the complex and large software systems that make up the core systems for the organization.

What will you do:

• Collaborate within a team environment in the development, testing, and support of software development project lifecycles.
• Develop web interfaces and underlying business logic.
• Participate in code reviews and debugging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Prepare any necessary technical documentation.

What will you need to know:

• Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a senior developer with hands on experience on Java, Restful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands on knowledge and implementation work experience on Real-Time, Batch Integration / Protocols (HTTPs, MQ, Connect Direct, SFTP etc.)
• Work experience on UAT and Release Implementation activities, coordinating with various internal and client stakeholders.

What would be great to have:

• Credit Card domain knowledge and VisionPLUS product.
• Working experience on Fiserv Issuing India Platform.
