Job Description
Lead exp Mandatory : Team of more than 20 Change Coordinators/Analysts /Leads
We are looking for a skilled and organized Change Manager with deep expertise in ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) to take ownership of the end-to-end Change Management process. The ideal candidate will ensure changes to IT services are managed in a controlled and efficient manner, minimizing risks and disruptions to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Change Management lifecycle in line with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and approve Requests for Change (RFCs) across the organization.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impact, risk, business readiness, and resource availability.
- Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.
- Monitor change implementation, ensuring post-change validation and closure with proper documentation.
- Track and report on change metrics (success rate, emergency changes, failed changes, etc.).
- Identify areas for improvement in change processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit requirements, and external regulations (where applicable).
- Work closely with Incident, Problem, Release, and Configuration Management functions to ensure alignment and integration.
