We are looking for a skilled and organized Change Manager with deep expertise in ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) to take ownership of the end-to-end Change Management process. The ideal candidate will ensure changes to IT services are managed in a controlled and efficient manner, minimizing risks and disruptions to business operations.
