As a Business Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and insights for Indegenes Sales organization. You will manage CRM systems, analyze and report on data, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and develop insights. This role involves close alignment with Business Engagement Managers to support their portfolios and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
i. Act as a single point of contact for all sales data information for the firm
ii. Validate CRM data (including deal information and contracts) and collaborate with Business Engagement Managers to maintain accuracy
iii. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making
i. Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop and implement data-driven solutions
ii. Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data analytics with business goals
i. Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for CRM (Salesforce) management, including user onboarding and training on best practices
ii. Collaborate with the Enterprise IT team to manage feature rollouts and ensure system optimization
i. Design and deliver visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
ii. Optimize data refresh schedules and enhance Power BI report performance
i. Build custom data models and algorithms to analyze datasets and uncover insights that drive business performance
