Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Management
- Achieve revenue and sales targets for the region.
- Identify new revenue-generating opportunities (both conventional and non-conventional).
- Develop pricing policies, authorize sales promotions, and clearance sales.
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Design and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and service providers.
- Conduct pre-scoping, scoping, and research to validate prospective clients/customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, communicating their requirements to internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and insurance companies to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure client retention and drive customer satisfaction.
Operations and Compliance
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project rollouts in line with client specifications.
- Ensure adherence to client, vendor, and mission Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Marketing Agreements.
- Monitor and audit sales deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to draft agreements and secure necessary approvals.
- Manage staff performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and oversee merchandising and security measures for effective operations.
Environment, Social & Governance
- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
6 - 8 years of experience, preferably in the travel and tourism or service industry, with experience in team management
