- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to help them achieve their individual sales targets.

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and ensure successful execution of company initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and progress towards targets for management.Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance sales or agency management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
