Job Description

    We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Generation/Telesales Executive to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers for our recruitment services in the banking sector. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch their career in sales and learn from our experienced team. As a Lead Generation/Telesales Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, specifically in the banking process.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     
    1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers in the banking sector through various channels such as databases, online directories, and social media.
    2. Telesales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services, understand their recruitment needs, and generate leads for banking process-related job openings.
    3. Qualification and Profiling: Qualify and profile potential customers to determine their suitability for our services, focusing on their banking process requirements.
    4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the banking process sector.
    5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
    6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the banking process.
    7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive team performance and stay updated on industry trends.
     

    Requirements:

     
    1. Education: HSC/ Any Graduate (freshers welcome).
    2. Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
      • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
      • Ability to learn quickly and absorb training and feedback.
    3. Knowledge:
      • Basic understanding of the banking sector and its processes (training will be provided).
