Recruitment Hub seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion for our Client. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
5. Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and prospects.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Requirements:
1. 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualification - Any Graduate.
Excellent English communication.
Day Shift (10am - 6:30pm)
6 Working Days (Monday - Saturday)
Sunday fixed off
2nd and 4th Saturday will be off
20 Casual Leaves + 15 Holidays per year.
Work from Office only.
Salary up to - 7.2 Lpa + Conveyance
