Job Description

Location - Bidar, Tirunelveli, Ujjain, Rajkot and Salem

Business Development :

• To ensure that all the budgeted targets are achieved.
• Developing and maintaining relationship with existing and prospective borrowers.
• Initiating and consolidating the builder tie ups.
• Organizing business promotion campaign & participate in exhibitions to increase sales.
• Environment analysis. (Analysis of population size, incremental growth, segmented income levels, socio-economic conditions, credit culture)

Team Management :

• Manage a team of Executive/Senior Executive and provide Training and support in team developing activities.
• Co-ordination and management of DSA.
• Continuously exploring new business opportunities
• Monitoring Performance of Sales Team, DSA.

Overall Responsible for end-to-end Processing :

• Overall process /policy implementation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Head of various processing function and sales team for smooth functioning of branch.
• Sanctions/Recommendations of Loan Proposal.

Desired Experience: 3-8 Years in Home Loan Business

CTC - 3 lacs to 4.5 lacs

Specialized job competencies:-

. Understanding the Home loan market

. Thorough knowledge of income and cost drivers associated with home loan business

. Basic Knowledge on Finance

. Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan business

. Good communication and networking skills

. Confidence to interact with Senior management

. Presentation flair
