Candidates with more than 5 year of experience in insurance sales, CASA sales, credit card sales, direct marketing can apply

Job Role:

To grow the agency business to targeted GPW numbers with a team of Agency Managers in the branch. Focus on building a large sustainable book of business and base of agents
Handle key relationships in the branch with personal focus
Performance screening of all agents allotted and taking appropriate action as may be required from time to time
Handhold agency manager with regular trainings and joint field work, Responsible for overall administration, operations and statutory compliance activities of the branch, with support from the corporate office
Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by the branch with constant quality check
