Position Details: Job Role: Manager, Data Insights Job Type: Fulltime Job Location: Gurugram HR Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Data Insights team, ensuring high-quality data analysis & reporting. Define & execute strategies for data-driven decision-making in AI search products. Drive collaboration with engineering, product, & operations teams to improve search experiences. Implement best practices in data collection, processing, & visualization. Lead critical user feedback investigations, ensuring timely escalation & resolution. Monitor industry trends in AI, NLP, & search technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve. Present insights & recommendations to senior leadership for product enhancements. What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, user research, or AI-driven insights. Proven experience leading data teams in a fast-paced tech environment Strong command of SQL, Python, R, & data visualization tools. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear & actionable business insights. Experience in trust & safety, AI, or search technology is a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.,
