You can be part of one of the fastest growing Product organization in the HR Industry.

You will be responsible for integrating our Enterprise Grade HR Product with various HR systems on the customer side. As we provide services to customers from different domains, they use diverse HR Systems. This role will primarily involve integrating our Product with our customers' HR systems based on their specific needs.

Position: Integration Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Jobtype: Full-time & Permanent

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Own & lead all integrations with all our customers

Facilitate all customer interactions including discovery, solutioning, and project management

Manage multiple fast-moving integration projects simultaneously

Review integration approach/specifications, identify issues/risks and mitigate them

Oversee technical implementation, facilitate clarifications, and provide regular status updates

Own high-level & low-level documentation at each stage of the integration

Partner with HirePro product management team, engineering team, and customer service teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of experience in managing client-facing integrations

Proficient understanding of how Systems, APIs, and Software work

Exceptional customer communication skills (verbal, written, documentation)

Bias for action and results through creative situation-based approaches

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
