Profile : Customer Care Executive

Location : Delhi NCR

Working day : 6

Timing : Rotational Shift There will be 9 hrs. of working.

Required language: English

Interview mode: Walk-in

Rounds of Interview: 3 rounds

Salary : 18K To 33K CTC

REQUIREMENT:

• Need both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates.
• Both fresher and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 6 months of experience will add advantage.
• Must be ok with Work from office.
• Well versed in English language.
• Must be ok with the rotational shift timings.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Answer inbound calls professionally .
• Provide information about products and services.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Keep records of customer Interactions.
• Providing the best resolution to the desired customers.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
