Customer Service Executive- Work From Home @ Sutherland

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and issues over voice calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service for international clients
• Resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for resolution and service excellence

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: HSC or Bachelors Degree
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months in Banking Domain or
• Minimum 2 years in International Customer Service (Voice Process)
• Excellent command over verbal and written English communication
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
