Position: Finite Element Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Mandatory: Must join in 1 month.

Job Requirement:

1. Ansys or Abaqus tool knowledge is must
2. Knowledge of industry specific design codes like ASME, API, DNV, NORSK and ISO
3. Experience in Oil and Gas equipment finite element analysis
4. Sub-sea equipment related analysis experience preferred
5. Should be able to do hands-on Finite Element analysis
6. Experience in high pressurized equipment/Boiler vessels
7. Must be able to verify and substantiate FEA results with classical hand calculation methods
8. Must be able to work hands-on and guide team members
9. Must be able to estimate, plan and meet individual work requirements
10. Should be able to perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements
11. Must be able to participate in technical review meetings and discussions
12. Must be able to write, review and approve technical reports and documents
13. Ensure lessons learnt and best practices are captured adequately into Analysis techniques, project / product design.

About candidate:

1. Around 5 years of finite element analysis experience in oil and gas industry
2. Expert in Ansys/Abaqus
3. Oil and Gas industry background

Skill set

1. Ansys or Abaqus tool knowledge is must
2. Knowledge of industry specific design codes like ASME, API, DNV, NORSK and ISO
3. Experience in Oil and Gas equipment finite element analysis
4. Sub-sea equipment related analysis experience preferred
