Role & responsibilities

• CNC & VMC m/c programming for Siemens control.
• Handover experience of Chiron, SW, MAZAK, BROTHER, DMG MORI SEIKI Machine
• Exceptional skills for interpreting technical information.
• Track target vs. actuals, productivity, manpower and such issues
• Undertake & manage the implementation of key initiatives such as 5-S, TPM.
• Effective utilization of Men, Material, Machine through proper production planning
• Enhance health, safety and housekeeping interventions.
• Training programs for manpower and make Skill Matrix.
• Continuous improvements initiatives to improve Productivity, Efficiency and cost saving.
• Corrective and Preventive action against Customer problems
• Knowledge of cutting tools too.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferring candidate having exposure VMC machines
• It will be better if the candidates have the Siemens control, Fanuc, Brother & DMC knowledge too.

The candidate:

• Should have thorough knowledge of VMC.
• Should know about the rotatory table.
• Should have PPAP Knowledge .
• Should know about the true position.
• Should know how to calculate true position.
• Should know the difference b/w RA & RZ.
• Should know how to calculate OEE and standard formula used for OEE
