Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring that goods are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will manage a team of shipping staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in logistics or shipping management. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing shipping procedures, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Responsibilities
Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing and labeling of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for shipping needs.
Develop and implement efficient shipping procedures and policies.
Train and manage a team of shipping staff, ensuring high performance.
Resolve shipping issues, such as delays or damaged goods, promptly.
