Finance & Accounting Operations: R2R, P2P or, O2C
Location: Bangalore, Mangalore & Mysore.
About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic professionals for our JL2A-level positions across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) functions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global organization in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Domains & Responsibilities:
R2R Record to Report
Journal entry processing, account reconciliation, and month-end closing.
Fixed assets accounting and intercompany transactions.
Preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
P2P Procure to Pay
Processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs.
Vendor account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
Handling vendor queries via calls/emails.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics.
O2C Order to Cash
Processing and monitoring customer orders and payments.
Cash applications, invoice generation, and AR follow-ups.
Credit management and dispute resolution.
Ensure timely collection and reporting of receivables.
Candidate Profile:
14 years of relevant experience in any of the F&A domains (R2R / P2P / O2C).
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Shift & Work Model:
