Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring accurate daily data collection related to retailer sales.
Collaborating with retailers and the marketing team to develop and execute mutually beneficial promotional activities aimed at enhancing footfalls and revenue.
Engaging in routine interactions with retailers for information sharing and relationship building
Coordinating and executing events related to food, fashion, and entertainment to achieve maximum visibility
Collecting gift coupons from retailers for new initiatives.
Acting as an integral team member for creating communication for end customers
Maintaining customer feedback
Generating invoices for CAM, water, HVAC, and other services.
Ensuring timely collection of all invoices to maintain a steady cash flow.
