Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible to achieving NPS Sales target for the assigned channels through Self Acquisition and Closure of leads given by Branches/Virtual Channels/EBFS Team. Also responsible for Cross Sell of APY and PMJJBY/PMSBY.
- Acquisition of Business through Corporate visits / Branch Visits and engagement with Business channels
- Provide product awareness & training if required to branches /Business Channels.
- Align the business teams for achievement of targets.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets on monthly basis.
- Increase business, market share, and cross sell of the bank products
- Meet assigned business delivery targets and productivity norms.
- Meet business growth plan.
- Constant liaison with Channels/Branches/Corporates for lead generation
- Working with Virtual/EBFS/Branch team to generate NPS leads and through self-acquisition
Handle Customer/Corporate queries
Any of the control parameters might be added or omitted basis business requirement, market requirement and senior management directives.
