• Take an active role in peer code reviews, balancing technical debt with delivery goals to help maintain code quality.
• Identify opportunities for new processes / frameworks / architectures.
• Support the wider team by jointly designing new application features and smaller enhancements.
• Communicate your ideas to the wider team, aiding understanding and clarity.
• Have the chance to liaise with technical stakeholders, help to both take requirements and present summaries.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Educational certification - Anaplan Model Builder L2 or above
• The person should have excellent Anaplan knowledge, with at least 2 years worth of experience developing models within Anaplan.
• Good mathematical background with the ability to understand complex concepts. Capability to distinguish between the right and best solution for a business requirement.
• Working with Finance and HR colleagues, Anaplan is used to calculate our complex fee structures, manage HR Compensation, and support our AUM process.
• Software development experience in a commercial environment with exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle (ALM), methods, controls and standards.
• The person should have strong verbal and written communication - and skills to handle cross-cultural communications.
