Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Identifying prospective retail franchise partners and business partners that can sell all Delhivery products including domestic courier, international courier, and freight. Onboarding, training, and management of franchises and business partners in the assigned AOR Work with all partners to increase the overall wallet share of Delhivery in all existing accounts Work with all partners to bring a new client base from the retail segment and SME to Delhivery. Coordinate with core operations teams on the ground when necessary to ensure service levels promised to the partners are met consistently. Work with the customer service teams and billing teams to resolve any issues/concerns that partners might have
Qualifications: At least 2 years of ground sales experience in any field. Any type of franchise management experience is a bonus.
Skills & Competencies: Experience in direct sales or sales through external partners Strategic in selling the strengths of the product at hand Target-driven and non-negotiable ownership skills Must be a skilled communicator (at least in the local language) Ability to manage and grow partner relationships over a long period of time Open to travel within the assigned territory
