Designation : Quality Auditor
Experience : 1- 6 Years
Job Locations : Ahmedabad, Noida, Bangalore
Industry : Food Testing lab (Third party testing)
Department : Food ( Quality Assurance )
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Implementation and Monitoring of ISO 17025: 2017 into the Laboratory.
2. To effectively Monitor daily Quality Management objectives.
3. Follow up on corrective and preventive action (As a result of Internal/External audits, PT/ILC/IQC result and continuous improvement process) to ensure their implementation & report any deviation to quality manager.
4. Review SOP's, Methods validation Protocol and Reports.
5. Review of Test Raw data and Test reports.
6. Prepare Monthly IQC schedule and compliance in coordination with Branch head and quality Manager. 7. Prepare Yearly PT/ILC Plan & follow up of PT Programmers and the ensure that the samples are received & result Submission as per the schedule.
8. Ensure control of documents and records as per the procedures.
9. Be a team member, an active role in Investigation of Customer complaints, Non Conformances.
10. To coordinate in Internal, Regulatory and customer audits.
11. Verification of data related to equipment Calibration, Maintenance, Intermediated check records.
12. Verification of Vendor evaluation & re-evaluation.
13. Handling customer query and review & Documents customer Feedbacks.
14. Any other jobs assigned by management from time to time.
15. Control and Issuance of document
16. Preparation of MRM branch Presentation.
17. Preparation of KPI, Quality Objective, branch data, on Monthly basis for BRM.
18. Maintaining PT-Master list on regular basis.
