We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Optimization Engineer to join our team in the Mobile Network (MN) Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring high quality and reliable service delivery to our customers. You will work closely with other engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify and resolve network issues, implement improvements, and ensure optimal network performance.You have:
BSc/B Tech degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments.
Experience in the Telecom Industry with minimum 8 years of experience in Radio frequency Planning & Optimization for 2G,3G, Long Term Evolution (LTE) & 5G
Knowledge and practice of Nokia Radio Access Network (RAN), Evolved Node B/Next Generation Node B (eNB/gNB) parameters and counters.
Self-directive, flexible team player who wants to get the job done and is not afraid of take responsibility - Fluency in written/spoken English.
Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization)

Independent level on Nokia 2G/3G/4G/Single radio access network (SRAN)& 5G parameters, counters and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
In depth trouble-shooting capability from analysis of network statistics
Lead all 2G/4G/5G counter / Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) commitment related discussion (formulas, aggregation, threshold) for periodic or ad-hoc updates / changes (for both Operational Support System [OSS] and drive tests domains)
Required to proceed the delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customers expectations and schedule of acceptance.
Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment. Supporting Flexible Network Interfaces (FNI)activities which involves tracking of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs), troubleshooting of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) with recommendation to meet the Flexible Network Interfaces (FNI) activity deliverables target. Field Implementation & Field Performance measurement and troubleshoot and improve Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) on Radio Optimization of Single radio access network (SRAN), 5G/Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks.
Help the customer with the activation plan, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring, report generation and evaluation of the proposed changes. Mobility Analysis and Optimization and Operational Support System (OSS) Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis and Improvement, Single Site Verification with Cluster Tuning and Optimization.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting and Acceptance and also carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. Reactive Optimization/ Troubleshooting by Network Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Unreal Engine (UE) log, some detail log and Pro-active Optimization to avoid quality degradations. Capacity Management and Assurance and Parameter Optimization to meet the target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) level
