About LeapLearner: We are world's largest Coding education company with over 1 million students across 20 countries.
In India, we offer courses in Block Coding, Python, App Development and Robotics for ages 5-14 years.
We currently have 25 Learning Centres, 6 K-12 School Partners and multiple Govt Projects with over 40 fulltime team members based out of 2 office across Gurgaon and Ghaziabad.
Due to increase in demand, we have started serving North American Market from India. The Current team for this project comprises of 2 Full time Course Trainers who are taking 5-8 demos every day.
Job Description:
Trainer Cum Tele Sales person with 2+ years of experience in Technical Support for US/Canada geographies with clear , error free American Accent.
KRAs:
60% :
- Teaching children aged 5-14 years courses of Scratch, Python & App Development - Live Online Classes : One -One of One- Many ratios.
- Giving Demo to prospective students and parents online.
30%:
- Calling leads generated for US and Canada and organizing Demos.
- Coordinating with other Trainers and Program Management team for Demo Classes
- Pre & Post Demo Follow up with leads and ensuring paid admissions.
10%:
- Creating Daily Call Logs and data for Lead-Demo-Admission Conversion ratios.
- Creating Reports for Teaching-Learning process of students.
Training :The incumbent shall be trained for 2 weeks by teams based out of India and China on all aspects of work to support excellence in the KRAs listed above.
Academic Requirement:B.Tech/M.tech/MCA/BCA/B.Sc Com Science
Language Requirement:Advanced levels of written and verbal fluency in English with strong & clear American Accent.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in Tech Support for US/ Canada markets.
Renumeration:INR 2.4 -3.0 LPA ( Fixed Pay) + INR per paid admission ( Incentive) -250-300 INR
